"CHEROKEE PRAIRIE PAINTBRUSH" by JAMES BARBER Indian Paintbrush wildflowers, of the genus Castilleja, photographed at dawn at the Cherokee Prairie Nature Area near Charleston, Arkansas. The photo was awarded First Place in the 2015 River Valley Master Gardener Lawn & Garden Photo Contest in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
