"NATURAL DAM FALLS" by James Barber

This whitewater scene was captured just before sunrise on Lee Creek at Natural Dam Falls. This favorite swimming hole is found in the town of Natural Dam, in the northwestern portion of Arkansas. On this morning, the mist formed a layer just above the surface of the water and the autumn color could still be seen sprinkled throughout the area. The only sound was from the steady stream of water as it fell into the pool below.
