Artist's Description

“OARK GENERAL STORE” by James BarberThe Oark General Store, established in 1890, is located in the tiny town of Oark, Arkansas, and is the oldest general store in the state. It is the destination of many travelers driving through the Ozark National Forest. It is famous, not only as a working store in a remote locale, but for the great food. Oftentimes, the parking lot will be filled with motorcycles, jeeps, or the vehicles from a car club stopping in for a meal.
