Artist's Description

"OLD RED" by James Barber

This brilliant, red-leafed Sweet gum tree on the bank of the Buffalo River is called "Old Red" by some of the local residents. It can be found at the Steele Creek campground just below the large bluff. On this morning, the river was calm, smooth, and covered by a rising mist.
