Artist's Description

"THE OLD MILL" by James Barber

The Old Mill, located in North Little Rock, Arkansas, was built as a tribute to those Arkansas pioneers that settled this area. It is a non-working replica of the grist mills of that era and was used in the movie "Gone With The Wind". Today, it is a destination for tourists and photographers all year long, especially in the spring when the azaleas blooms.
